Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff were helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a decent variety. Lots of noise from the hallway could be heard at night. The games room was a nice touch for some downtime. Parking charges were unexpected. Would consider staying again.

Nice spacious rooms and friendly staff. Location is ideal; just a short walk to attractions. The breakfast area gets really crowded, so plan accordingly. I heard the games room was fun if you want something to do indoors.

Arrived late at night. Check-in was swift. The king room was comfortable, with efficient heating and hot water. Wi-Fi was adequate. Breakfast included pancakes, eggs, and good coffee, but variety was lacking. The location is a significant plus—within walking distance to attractions and restaurants, though many were closed for winter. the room cleanliness was disappointing. Stains and hair were visible; a broken chair presented a safety hazard. Vending machines were empty, and staff responsiveness needed improvement, despite their friendliness. The management promised a refund for one night but failed to follow through. This experience leaves room for substantial improvement.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of information on the local area. We enjoyed the spacious suite with comfortable beds and a great view of the city. Housekeeping was accommodating, even though we didn't request a full cleaning. there were a few downsides. The TV in our room didn't work, but a helpful attendant swiftly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent in the new room. there were some issues with noise disturbances on the third floor, affecting our sleep quality. The hotel amenities were a bit hit or miss. The saltwater pool looked dirty, and there were maintenance issues in some parts of the building, like loose floor tiles and a poorly maintained handicap bathroom. The breakfast buffet could use some improvement in terms of food quality and variety. the front desk staff and concierge were excellent, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area.

I had an amazing experience exploring the area, as it was just a 3-minute walk to Niagara Falls State Park and only a mile from the American Falls, plus there were plenty of restaurants and attractions within easy reach, making it super convenient for a weekend stroll; the room was spacious and comfortable with decent amenities like a coffee maker and fridge but I think they could improve on the breakfast options.

Check-in was super quick. Room had a comfy king bed, heating and hot water worked great. WiFi was fine. Loved the included breakfast with pancakes and good coffee. Location was perfect, walking distance to falls and restaurants, plus a casino nearby. Staff were friendly, and the fitness center was a nice bonus.

Wingate By Wyndham Niagara Falls offers a prime location just minutes from the national park, making it easy to explore. The cozy swimming pool and decent breakfast, especially the tasty pancakes, were enjoyable. additional staff during breakfast hours would enhance the experience.

The breakfast staff works like superheroes with pancakes. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, a great place to chill before check-out.

The room featured a large king bed, which was really comfortable. Temperature control worked well, providing adequate heat. Hot water was consistently available, ensuring satisfying showers. There was a noticeable issue with noise from the hallway. The bathroom was spacious with a large door that didn't obstruct the toilet area. On the downside, extra pillows were unavailable, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust was prominent, and the shower head holder was broken. The door fit poorly, allowing cold air and noise in, which impacted our comfort during the stay.

The noise was unbearable; walls felt like they were made of paper. I could hear everything from the family next door, late into the night. Exhausted, we didn’t have the energy to confront them, which made the stay even more frustrating.

The fitness center, aptly named Fit & Fun, allowed us to stay active and unwind after a day of exploring. the game room, Fun Zone, provided endless entertainment for the whole family.

With a 24-hour front desk, a great full hot breakfast daily, an amazing heated indoor pool, and even a games room, it was like living the high life. I even got to see the Falls from the Observation Tower!
Smelled lovely - like a sewage treatment plant.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center and the Falls. The front desk staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the spacious room felt like heaven. The morning breakfast offered lots of choices and the dining area was clean.
Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

Great location only a 7-10 minute walk from the park. Big parking lot is a plus. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, offering a beautiful view from the window. The fitness room is small but functional.
The staff was unhelpful and inflexible with amenities like towels and pillows. Inconsistencies with what was promised, such as a missing sofa bed mattress.

Breakfast was tasty, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the falls, Goat Island, and souvenir shops, making it easy to explore the area during our romantic escape.
The staff was unhelpful and strict with limited towels and pillows. Our room had issues with the sofa bed mattress and the pool was murky.

I chose Wingate for its convenient location near Niagara Falls State Park, but the helpful customer service agents surprised me. The hotel's proximity to many delights within walking distance, including the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour and Seneca Niagara Casino, was a definite plus.

the bedding and pillow were incredibly soft. the room appears very clean. the furnishings met my needs. the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. within walking distance of the falls - old falls street, and the state park entrance. the free breakfast was a great value and the indoor pool was nice. the location is super close to major attractions.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to Niagara Falls. We chose this hotel based on recommendations, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker with great coffee. The location was perfect, just a short distance from both the falls and the state park. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, giving us directions and advice on attractions in the area. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the salt water pool was a hit with everyone. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return.
That the floor around the pool was very slippery, which could be potentially dangerous. It would be helpful if the hotel could address this issue or at least put up warning signs in the area.

Easy check-in process, clean and modern room with a fantastic city view. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

stayed at wingate and loved the location, just walking distance to the falls and the casino. the room was spacious and clean, with a microwave to heat our meals. the front desk staff even offered us breakfast and bottled drinks when we checked out early. donatellos, the pizza place nearby, served delicious pizza and huge taco salads. overall, a nice-looking hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.
